Superintendent / Site SSHO / QCM Staffing

ATALA has a network of trained Superintendents,  Safety Officers, and Quality Control Managers available to support projects ranging from simple and short-duration to complex and longer-duration. The majority of our staff are interchangeable between the roles and many have also served in Project Management roles as well. Many of our staff are also military veterans, which also helps for integration into military construction projects and access to bases.

Construction Management

Our firm can provide services ranging from critical path scheduling to Project Management of challenging construction and environmental projects. The majority of our experience has been for federal clients including the U.S. Navy (RCRA, CERCLA, horizontal/vertical design-build construction), U.S. Marine Corps (same as for the Navy), EPA (time-critical CERCLA response actions, RCRA studies, bilingual border first responder trainings), Department of Energy (remediation technologies for radioactive cleanup projects), Air Force (design-build construction projects), and Army Corps (construction projects). Project/Construction Management should be a fully-integrated wholistic approach to remove obstacles from the path of execution. The best way to achieve that is to be as proactive and value-added as possible, while tracking project metrics as real-time as possible. Many claim that they can make that kind of approach happen, but few can actually deliver on the promise.

  General Construction

ATALA can self-perform smaller civil/environmental projects and can also expand capabilities through use of our experienced subcontractor network. Most all of our subcontractors have been previously used and vetted on other projects, which helps to mitigate one of the primary risk factors in construction management.

         Environmental Remediation

Our firm’s expertise is primarily in “hard services” remediation, such as contaminated soil cleanup, contaminated building remediation, and other field-implemented remedies. Our firm also has extensive experience in analysis of environmental data and authorship (or review) of environmental documents (e.g. Feasibility Studies, Remedial Investigation Studies, RCRA Summary Reports, and others).
